Everyone has a story. That’s something I’ve found in my two decades as a working journalist. I've covered new technology and entrepreneurs for such publications as Fortune, Inc Magazine, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.
By working with some of the best editors in the industry, I've learned how to uncover novel stories, tell them in engaging ways and break down what's most important to readers. I understand business and what questions to ask and what really is unusual. In fact, spotting those nuggets is one of my key strengths. A former editor at Fortune often called on me for what he called "Alsever Ideas."
Still, those ideas aren't always crystal clear to those on the inside. I've interviewed countless entrepreneurs and CEOs who didn’t know they had something unique or important to say.
